MEALS: The following meals are included with conference registration:
Preconference (April 29) Networking Mixer; including light appetizers and beverages.
Day 1 (April 30): Morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack & Awards Dinner*
Day 2 (May 1): Morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack
Day 3 (May 2): Light breakfast & lunch
*APHE dinner on April 30 (location TBA) is provided for attendees. If you would like to bring a guest(s), additional tickets are $75 each.
PHOTOS & FILMING: For promotional purposes, photos and video recordings will be taken during the conference. Participants who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the organizers in writing prior to event.
Learning Labs and Wayside Waifs Behind the Scenes Tour: An optional opportunity to attend two of four learning labs and participate in a tour of Wayside Waifs on Friday, May 2, 2025 from 7:30 a.m. - 1:45 p.m. Transportation to and from Wayside Waifs and breakfast and lunch will be included in the learning lab fee. T-SHIRTS: Our 2025 conference T-shirts will be available for pre-order here! Shirts are $17 for members and $20 for non-members. T-shirts must be picked up in person at the conference. Shipping is unavailable at this time.

The Association for Animal Welfare Advancement
APHE is an approved provider of content which enhances professional competence and aligns with the CAWA Exam specifications.
National Animal Care & Control Association (NACA)
This conference has been approved for Continuing Education Units by NACA. National certificate holders can submit for credit consistent with the NACA CEU policy.
CANCELLATION/ TRANSFER POLICY
More than sixty days prior to the start of the conference: A full refund minus a $35 processing fee.
Less than sixty days prior to the conference: Registration fees are final and non-refundable.
Transfers: Conference registration can be transferred to another person provided they qualify for the same conference rate (i.e.: If a membership rate was given, then registration can only be transferred to another member).
