The goal of the APHE board is to support members of the organization by providing and increasing member benefits.  That goal is accomplished through a combination of efforts but is significantly due to the steadfast work done by the 12 to 15 volunteer board members each year.  As such, we invite members to take a role in our election process. 

For the 2027 election we have six spaces on the APHE Board of Directors to fill. Below is information on this year's nominees including their resumes and statements. Since we have more candidates than spaces this year, we would like to invite our members to submit questions for our nominees. Depending on the amount of questions submitted, not all questions may be answered as candidates will only be asked to answer 3-4 questions. The responses to these questions will be publicly shared on this page when voting opens on September 15th. 

Question period: September 8th-14th. 

Voting period: September 15th-21st.  Voting will close at 6pm ET / 5pm CT on the 21st.  

Elected board members will be announced on September 30!
