The APHE membership list may be shared, free of charge, with APHE members who are hosting regional APHE workshops. Requests are received by the Membership Secretary and the procedures are posted in the Membership Secretary procedures document.
APHE members or outside parties providing humane education materials, seminars, workshops or conferences not in affiliation with APHE may purchase the list for $150. The purchaser must sign an agreement to use the data one time only. Upon receipt of the signed agreement and payment, the requesting party will be sent an Excel file containing the name, organization, postal address and e-mail address of each member. This data may not be reproduced in any manner other than for the purposes of this one-time use (e.g., to create mailing labels).
The APHE Board of Directors reserves the right to refuse any request for member information at its discretion, for any reason or for no reason.
APHE members will be given the opportunity to opt out of the sharing of their information. (updated Feb 2012)
