This highly interactive workshop will allow attendees to see, analyze, and practice different types of training techniques. They will also discuss how various techniques impact the learner, how techniques can be applied to their own education programs, and have an opportunity to try training hands on.

Attendees of this event should expect to:

  • Recognize how different training techniques can impact confidence, comfort, communication, and learning
  • Discover how dog training techniques specifically apply to teaching and interacting with humans, both children and adults
  • Practice the discussed skills
